While working at 360Live, we had to come up with an entrainment event for the National Event Center in correspondence to 'Visit Saudi' Campaign. Hence we created ‘Reload’ a live shooting event for enthusiasts and it would be the first in the Kingdom - happening in Albaha Saudi Shooting Range.

My responsibility on this project was working on the overall look and feel of the brand, identity, colour scheme, visuals. In addition to all creative/visual concepts related to social media platforms. While working in collaboration with a graphic designer, we managed to create the logo of the brand by guiding her in which direction to proceed. We worked in collaboration with the creative team to create a tagline and final logo. All branding elements of the event, including uniforms, caps, badges, posters, flags, etc.. used the colour scheme and gaming style across them.

Reload needed a marketing campaign, thus introducing reload would happen in two different videos. 

  1. The first video would be a teaser about the event

  2. The second video will be introducing the event.

As for the key visual, I worked with a team of 3D modellers, who executed my concept perfectly as it foreshadows the event teaser and reveal video.

When working on the first video, my concept/approach was to present the guns in fine detail (using 3D rendering) where only the enthusiasts would be able to tell what type of gun it is. Similarly to how to Fine Watches are advertised.

As for the second video (which was introducing the event and brand) we teamed up with a director and his team and explained how the video will unravel. The video would consist of three different characters with different backgrounds however have overlapping interests. The narrative would present each character’s lifestyle and how they found out about Reload and how they are excited about such an event.
