Bio

Daad Edris is a visual artist based in Riyadh, experienced in integrating visuals by highlighting key concepts and emphasising projects identity, thus creating special links to audiences using strong visuals and a flowing aesthetic. Her advanced set of skills is the result of being able to use different techniques from traditional drawing to digital methods using multiple processing software such as Nuke, Maya, Adobe Programme and many others. Her projects explore themes related to Saudi Arabia, including women empowerment, cultural progression and personal identity. She also tackled societal issues emphasised in western cultures with projects related to mental health, self-care and ideas of class and wealth.

Her standard deliverables are said to be professional outcomes as she holds both degrees: Masters in Visual Effects, and Bachelors in Illustration from the University of Arts London (UAL); which is one of the leading universities in the Art industry.
